Terms and Conditions
Rustic Hertiage is committed to the safe and timely shipment of your merchandise. Please refer to the following terms and conditions when placing an order:
Rustic Heritage sells only to retailers who have a "brick and mortar" storefront and carry inventory. We do not dropship pieces to end user addresses for internet only businesses.
Orders within a 500 mile range are shipped via our own trucks. LTL shipments are available on the common carrier of your choice.
* Please make note of their packaging requirements and plan freight charges accordingly when choosing this shipping option.
Most items are kept in stock and shipped within 10 business days of your order. Out of stock items and custom orders may require an additional 2-10 weeks to ship. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the backorder time before processing your order.
* Custom-made or "Special Order" items require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the event that merchandise arrives damaged, please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. On LTL shipments, refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered on truckload shipments, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery).
PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH DAMAGED GOODS IMMEDIATLY UPON DISCOVERY, PREFERABLY WHILE STILL ON THE SHIPPING TRUCK, IF POSSIBLE.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and design may occur, and all dimensions are approximate.
* In order to minimize errors, we need a hard copy of all orders, either via fax or email. We are happy to help you on the phone with product numbers, stock availability, shipping times, etc, but a hard copy makes very clear what you are ordering.
We require your Business Name, Telephone number, E-mail address, shipping address, billing address (if different), and fax number.
We require a copy of your state’s resale certificate.
For every item you would like to purchase please provide the product number, product name or description (if applicable) and quantity desired. Also please mention any promotional discounts at the time you place your order.
Pricing
We offer Three Wholesale Pricing tiers:
- Level 1-Orders less than $6000.00. F.O.B. North Little Rock, Arkansas.
- Level 2-Orders greater than $6000.00, up to truck loads. F.O.B. North Little Rock, Arkansas.
- Level 10-Truckload Direct. This is our most economical pricing level. This level is for ordering A FULL 53' TRAILER direct from our Factories. F.O.B. Mexico.
- Level 10-Whse. You may prepay $25,000, and work down the balance based on your inventory needs and receive our truckload pricing schedule. F.O.B. North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Please note that we require a tax id number on file in order to offer wholesale pricing.

Terms are C.O.D. Net 30 Day Accounts on a case by case basis, W.A.C.
